It’s been a great 2017 for us at Blankstone Opticians…

We had a very memorable 25th anniversary party at Liverpool Town Hall in June that enabled us to thank so many of you that have supported us over the last two decades and more. It was hard to top that.

Coming close were the other relationships we formed with new suppliers that have enabled us to continue to bring you exclusive deals with brand leaders in their field, namely Adidas and their sports eyewear range plus Zeiss and their brilliant technology to help you drive more safely.

Next year already promises the same in terms of new partnerships with the Hearing Care Partnership bringing a new dimension to our business…we’ll be looking after even more of your senses.

Reverting back to summer, once again we got to enjoy the British summertime with two great events, Boodles Tennis at Mere and the Liverpool International Tennis Tournament. Pop up opportunities and taking our high street presence to pastures new is part of our strategy for next year too.

Whilst we’ve generated lots of new customers and relationships in 2017, we’ve also maintained our existing ones.

We remain unrivalled in Liverpool in terms of brand partnerships we have with all the trending global household names in designer eyewear and sunglasses.

Plus, we continue to be fortunate in having such a strong, loyal, long serving team and the benefits of all of that to you when you buy from a ‘leading independent business’…the words of Downtown Liverpool chairman Frank McKenna after we won the Best Customer Service Award at Downtown’s City of Liverpool Business Awards at Sefton Park Palm House in July 2017.

Now once again, it’s time to give something back as we try to do year round but especially at this time of the year…our sale begins in earnest on January 3rd 2018 with up to 50% off on selected items.

For now though, I wish you a happy Christmas, happy holidays and all that wish for yourself in 2018.
