SUMMER EVENTS 2014 – PART 2

Eyeing our summer events – “Next week rocks, Chester Rocks!” Mark Blankstone founder and owner of Blankstone Opticians

We had a great time at the first of many big events we’re exhibiting at around the North West this summer with Raybans and Chanel the stand-out brands (but only just) at @ChesterRaces for the Polo.

Raybans and Chanel (we’re one of just a few selected stockists in the North West) just shaded it ahead of other highly desirable designer specs and sunglasses including Bulgari, Oliver Peoples and Oliver Goldsmith all of which were a very close second.

As Liverpool Opticians we love exhibiting around the region and feel very at home in Cheshire, location for our latest competition!

I visited Blankstones as I was new to the area and after doing some careful research I booked in for a test and to choose some new frames. I ended up choosing a couple of pairs from the Oliver Goldsmith range which were beautiful and a week later my wife decided to get herself a pair also. Mark and the team are highly professional. As an older lady, they spotted the need for me to have surgery for cataracts and guided me on the journey to get each eye repaired and then to have the correct follow up glasses to complete the job. Two years later with the occurrence of a common problem after surgery Mark has again helped me to get the treatment I needed even though this had no financial gain to him. My eye test was extremely thorough and all the latest technology was used and my results explained to me. My subsequent purchase of frames and new lenses couldn't have been more pleasurable.
